1. The fee for the workshop is payable on booking. In the event of cancellation, fees will only be refunded 28 days before the start date of the workshop.

2. The Arts Experience team accept no liability in respect of loss or damage by personal injury, sickness or otherwise however caused to your child/children. We do not accept liability for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the participant.

3. In the event that your child/children becomes ill or injured, the team may take responsibility as they feel appropriate.

4. The workshop rules and regulations must be observed. Failing this we reserve the right to take necessary action i.e. excluding children. In this situation fees will not be returned.

5. Any damage made to property, person or people by your child/children; parents/guardians will be held responsible.

6. If the workshop is cancelled, all fees will be returned. However fees are not returnable should a child decide he or she does not want to complete the workshop.

7. There is a no smoking or alcohol consumption rule on site.

8. The Arts Experience cannot accept any responsibility for unaccompanied children for more than 15 minutes before or after the given starting and finishing times.
